77.  Expenditure on landlord responsibilities in relation to maintained schools, and in particular—

(a) expenditure in pursuance of duties performed under the School Premises (England) Regulations 2012(1); and

(b) expenditure in connection with duties under the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012(2).
