Amendment of the Consumer Rights Act 2015

3. In section 48 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015(1) (contracts covered by Chapter 4 of Part 1), after subsection (3) insert—
“(3A) This Chapter does not apply to anything that is governed by Regulation (EU) No 181/2011(2) of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 February 2011 concerning the rights of passengers in bus and coach transport and amending Regulation (EC) No 2006/2004(3).”
