The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 19841, hereby makes the following Order:
In accordance with section 14(1)(b) of that Act, the Secretary of State is satisfied that traffic on the length of road specified in this Order should be restricted because of the likelihood of danger to the public, or of serious damage to the road, which is not attributable to works.
