Amendment of the Social Security (Attendance Allowance) Regulations 1991

3.  In regulation 7 of the Social Security (Attendance Allowance) Regulations 1991 (persons in care homes)(1), in paragraph (2)(a)—

(a) at the end of paragraph (vii) omit “or”;

(b) after paragraph (vii) insert—

“(viii) Part 4 of the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014 (meeting needs), or”.
