Amendment of regulation 29

9. In regulation 29 (persons conducting misconduct proceedings: officers other than senior officers), for paragraph (4)(a) substitute—
“(a)a chair selected by the relevant authority from a list of persons who satisfy the judicial-appointment eligibility condition on a 5-year basis and have been nominated by the Secretary of State for the purposes of these Regulations;”(1).
