Coming into force
The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 19C(1) and (2)(a) and (e) and 36(2) and (4) of, and paragraph 10(1) and (2) of Schedule 1 to, the Jobseekers Act 19951.
In accordance with section 173(1)(b) of the Social Security Administration Act 19922, the Social Security Advisory Committee has agreed that the proposals in respect of these Regulations should not be referred to it.
