1. This Order may be cited as the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (References to Financial Investigators) (Amendment) Order 2017, and comes into force on 10th March 2017.
2. In this Order—
“the 2009 Order” means the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (References to Financial Investigators) Order 2009(1);
“the 2015 Order” means the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (References to Financial Investigators) (England and Wales) Order 2015(2).
3. The 2009 Order is amended as set out in Schedule 1 to this Order.
4. The 2015 Order is amended as set out in Schedule 2 to this Order.
