35.—(1) Section 312B M1 (removal of passport rights from EEA market operator) is amended as follows.U.K.
(2) In subsection (1) M2 for “regulated market or multilateral trading facility” substitute “ trading venue ”.
(3) In subsection (2) M3—
(a)at the end of paragraph (b) omit “or”;
(b)for paragraph (c) substitute—
“(c)by the markets in financial instruments regulation; or
(d)by any directly applicable EU regulation made under that directive or that regulation”.
