In regulation 9(1) of the Companies (Disclosure of Address Regulations) 2009—

insert after sub-paragraph (d)—

as a service address in a statement of initial significant control delivered to the registrar under regulations 5 to 10 or 85 of the SEs Regulations;

omit sub-paragraph (f).
