20.  In article 2 of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (Failure to Disclose Money Laundering: Specified Training) Order 2003(1) (training specified), for “regulation 21 of the Money Laundering Regulations 2007” substitute “regulation 24 of the Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017”.
