Coming into force in accordance with regulation 1
The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 92(2) and (3) of the Immigration Act 2016(1).
In accordance with section 93(2)(k) of that Act, a draft of these Regulations was laid before, and approved by a resolution of, each House of Parliament.
