Citation, commencement and extent

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Electricity Works (Environmental Impact Assessment) (England and Wales) Regulations 2017.

(2) These Regulations come into force on 16th May 2017.

(3) These Regulations extend to England and Wales.
