In section 227 of the Planning Act 2008 (Crown land and the appropriate Crown authority)59—

a

in subsection (5)(b), at the end insert “or the relevant person”, and

b

after subsection (5), insert—

5A

In subsection (5), “relevant person”, in relation to any land to which section 90B(5) of the Scotland Act 1998 applies, means the person who manages that land.
