SCHEDULE 10 APPLICATIONS FOR ENTRY CLEARANCE TO ENTER THE BAILIWICK OF GUERNSEY AND THE BAILIWICK OF JERSEY

Interpretation

1.  In this Schedule “work permit employment” means employment as a work permit holder under—

(a) rules made by the States of Guernsey Committee for Home Affairs in respect of the Bailiwick of Guernsey under section 3(2) of the 1971 Act as extended to that bailiwick(1);

(b) rules made by the Minister for Home Affairs in respect of the Bailiwick of Jersey under section 1(4) of the 1971 Act as extended to that bailiwick(2).

Section 3 of the 1971 Act was extended with modifications to the Bailiwick of Guernsey by S.I. 1993/1796.

Section 1 of the 1971 Act was extended with modifications to the Bailiwick of Jersey by S.I. 1993/1797.
