7. In section 204(2) of the Water Resources Act 1991(1)—
(a)in paragraph (a), after “the Water Act 2003,” insert “the Water Act 2014”;
(b)in paragraph (b), for “or the Water Act 2003” substitute “, the Water Act 2003 or the Water Act 2014”;
(c)in paragraph (j)—
(i)after “the Water Act 2003”, in the first place it occurs, insert “, the Water Act 2014”;
(ii)for “or the Water Act 2003” substitute “, the Water Act 2003 or the Water Act 2014”.
