Water Resources Act 19917

In section 204(2) of the Water Resources Act 199115—

a

in paragraph (a), after “the Water Act 2003,” insert “the Water Act 2014”;

b

in paragraph (b), for “or the Water Act 2003” substitute “, the Water Act 2003 or the Water Act 2014”;

c

in paragraph (j)—

i

after “the Water Act 2003”, in the first place it occurs, insert “, the Water Act 2014”;

ii

for “or the Water Act 2003” substitute “, the Water Act 2003 or the Water Act 2014”.
