In section 174(2) of the Water Act 19896—
a
in paragraph (a), after “the Water Act 2003” insert “, the Water Act 2014”;
b
in paragraph (b), after “by or under this Act” insert “, the Water Act 2014”;
c
in paragraph (j), after “the Water Act 2003” insert “, the Water Act 2014”.
