PART 2 Consequential amendments to primary legislation

Greater London Authority Act 1999

11.  In section 235 of the Greater London Authority Act 1999(1)—

(a) for subsection (2)(c)(vi) substitute—

“(vi) the Water Services Regulation Authority,”;

(b) in subsection (3)—

(i) after paragraph (rt) insert—

“(rta) the Water Act 2003;”;

(ii) after paragraph (u) insert—

“(v) the Water Act 2014.”.
