Amendment of the Tax Credits (Polygamous Marriages) Regulations 2003

7.  In regulation 8 (which modifies section 9 of the Tax Credits Act 2002(1)), for “section 9(2)(b)” substitute “both section 9(2)(b) and (3A)”.
