Citation and interpretation
1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Immigration Act 2016 (Commencement No. 3 and Transitional Provision) Regulations 2017.
(2) In these Regulations—
(a)“the 1971 Act” means the Immigration Act 1971(1);
(b)“the 2016 Act” means the Immigration Act 2016.
