A section 1 claim must be made to the Authority.

The claim must be made—
a
in a hard copy form approved by the Authority,
b
in an electronic form approved by the Authority, or
c
orally by telephone or in person if the Authority offers appropriate facilities for the oral submission of claims.

A claim made under paragraph (2)(a) must be sent by post or delivered by hand to the Authority.
4
A claim made under paragraph (2)(b) must be submitted to the Authority by an electronic means approved by the Authority.
