Provisions coming into force on 1st April 20172
The following provisions of the Enterprise Act 2016 come into force on 1st April 2017—
a
section 22 and Schedule 4 (the Institute for Apprenticeships);
b
section 23 (the Institute for Apprenticeships: transitional provision);
c
section 25 (only statutory apprenticeships to be described as apprenticeships).
