Consequential amendment to the Local Government Act 1972

2.—(1) Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972(1) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 9 (access to information: qualifications to exempt information), after “planning permission” insert “or permission in principle(2)”.
