Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred on Her by section 112 of the Saint Helena Act 18331, the British Settlements Acts 1887 and 19452, section 2(1)(b) of the Cyprus Act 19603, section 5 of the West Indies Act 19624, section 1(2) of the Anguilla Act 19805 and of all other powers enabling Her to do so, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order as follows:
