The Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (Sanctions) (Overseas Territories) (Amendment) (No. 4) Order 2017 No. 1277

Citation, commencement, interpretation and extent

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (Sanctions) (Overseas Territories) (Amendment) (No. 4) Order 2017 and comes into force on 21st December 2017.

(2) In this Order, “the principal Order” means the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (Sanctions) (Overseas Territories) Order 2012(1).

(3) This Order extends to the territories listed in Schedule 1 to the principal Order.
