Provisions coming into force on 13th December 20173.
The day appointed for the coming into force of the following provisions of the Act is 13th December 2017—
(a)
Schedule 1 and section 2 (transfer schemes);
(b)
paragraph 1 of Schedule 2 and section 11 (consequential amendments), so far as it relates to that paragraph.
