Offences by a body corporate

186.  Section 400 of FSMA (offences by bodies corporate etc)(1) applies to an offence under these Regulations as it applies to an offence under FSMA.

Jurisdiction and procedure in respect of offences

187.  Section 403 of FSMA (jurisdiction and procedure in respect of offences)(2) applies to an offence under these Regulations as it applies to an offence under FSMA.
