Amendment of rule 14 (notice of the hearing)

19.  In rule 14(1)—

(a) in paragraph (2) after “4(4)(b)” insert “, 5A(4)(b)”;

(b) in paragraph (4)(a) for “officer concerned” substitute “appellant”;

(c) in paragraph (9) after “4” insert or “5A”.
