28.—(1) The Electronic Communications Code (Conditions and Restrictions) Regulations 2003(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 2 (interpretation)—
(a)in paragraph (1) for “Schedule 2 to the Telecommunications Act 1984” substitute “Schedule 3A to the Act”;
(b)in paragraph (2) in the definition of “relevant undertaker”, for the words from “has the meaning” to “1984” substitute “means an undertaker within the meaning given in paragraph 66 of Part 10 of Schedule 3A to the Act”.
(3) In regulation 16(1)(a) (funds for meeting liabilities), for “paragraph 9” substitute “Part 8”.
