SCHEDULE 4 AMENDMENT OF OTHER SECONDARY LEGISLATION

Wirral Tramway Order 1999

21.—(1) The Wirral Tramway Order 1999(1) is amended as follows.

(2) In article 25 (for the protection of British Telecommunications plc)—

(a) in paragraph (2), for the words from “paragraph 9” to “1984” substitute “Part 10 of the electronic communications code set out in Schedule 3A to the Communications Act 2003”;

(b) in paragraph (5), for “Schedule 2 to the Telecommunications Act 1984” substitute “Schedule 3A to the Communications Act 2003”.
