The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Wales) Order 199544 is amended as follows.

In Schedule 2, in Part 17 (development by statutory undertakers), in relation to Class G (electricity undertakings), in paragraph G.4 for “paragraph 1 of Schedule 2 to the Telecommunications Act 1984” substitute “paragraph 5 of the electronic communications code set out in Schedule 3A to the Communications Act 2003”.
