28.  In the following provisions of the Wales Act 2014, for “Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster” substitute “ Minister for the Cabinet Office ”

(a) section 13(4)(a) (Assembly proposal for referendum on income tax provisions) M1 ;

(b) the definition of “the Minister” in paragraph 15(1) of Schedule 1 (referendum on income tax provisions) M2 .
