Domestic Violence, Crime and Victims Act 2004 (c. 28)

9.  In Schedule 9 to the Domestic Violence, Crime and Victims Act 2004 (authorities within remit of Commissioner for Victims and Witnesses)(1)—

(a) at the beginning of the list of government departments insert—

“1VA.   The Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy.”, and

(b) omit paragraph 1WA (Department for Business, Innovation and Skills).
