Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000 (c. 23)

8.  In Part 1 of Schedule 1 to the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000 (relevant public authorities)(1)—

(a) before paragraph 9A insert—

“9ZC.   The Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy.”, and

(b) omit paragraph 9ZB (Department for Business, Innovation and Skills) and the entry in paragraph 10ZA for the Department of Energy and Climate Change.
