7. In regulation 49(6)(a) (means of communication) of the Defence and Security Public Contracts Regulations 2011(1), for the words “Directive 1999/93/EC of the European Parliament and the Council of 13th December 1999 on a Community framework for electronic signatures”, substitute “Regulation (EU) No 910/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council on electronic identification and trust services for electronic transactions in the internal market”.
