Provisions coming into force on 1st October 20163
The following provisions of the Act come into force on 1st October 2016—
a
section 17 (power of Welsh Ministers to apply regulators’ principles and code of practice);
b
section 19 (secondary legislation: duty to review); and
c
section 21 (devolved Welsh matters).
