6. In Schedule 8 to the Scotland Act 1998(1) (modifications of enactments), in paragraph 23 (amendments of the Insolvency Act 1986), in sub-paragraphs (2A) and (4A)(2) for “Financial Services Authority” substitute “Financial Conduct Authority”.
