SCHEDULE 2 Amendment of Part 2 of the Transport Act 1968

8.  In section 14(1) (accounts of Executive), for subsection (4) substitute—

“(4) This section does not apply to—

(a) the West Yorkshire Combined Authority, or

(b) the West Midlands Combined Authority.”.
