Before regulation 16, insert—
Notification of change of membership15A
In relation to the year in which registration is granted, the operator of the scheme shall notify the appropriate Agency in writing at intervals as required by the appropriate Agency of any change in the membership of the scheme and any such notification shall be accompanied by the additional fee calculated in accordance with regulation 16(6).
