68.—(1) Before exercising a function relating to a flood risk activity which may affect a flood or coastal erosion risk (within the meaning of the Flood and Water Management Act 2010(1)) in Wales, the Agency must consult the NRBW.
(2) Before exercising a function relating to a flood risk activity which may affect a flood or coastal erosion risk in England, the NRBW must consult the Agency.
