11. 1986 rule 4.184 (General powers of liquidator) continues to apply as regards a person dealing in good faith and for value with a liquidator and in respect of the power of the court or the liquidation committee to ratify anything done by the liquidator without permission before the amendments made to sections 165 and 167 of the Act by section 120(2) and (3) of the Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Act 2015(1) (which removed the requirements for the liquidator to obtain such permission) came into force.
