5. The day appointed for the coming into force, so far as not already in force(1), of section 90 of and Schedule 21 to the Act, (poisons and explosive precursors) is 20th April 2015, but only for the purposes of enabling applications for licenses under section 4A of the Poisons Act 1972 to be made, considered and determined, and of enabling such licenses to be issued, before 26th May 2015.
