In section 30 (provision of vetting information) (until it ceases to have effect by virtue of section 72(1) of the Protection of Freedoms Act 201235), in subsection (8) after “section 57 of the Health and Social Care Act 2001 (c 15)” insert “, or in accordance with section 31 or 32 of the Care Act 2014,”.
