EUROPEAN UNION
This Order declares the Association Agreement between the European Union (the “EU”) and the European Atomic Energy Community and their Member States, of the one part, and Georgia, of the other part (the “Agreement”), to be an EU Treaty as defined in section 1(2) of the European Communities Act 1972.
