Extension of publication deadline for 2015

2. The publication deadline, before which the Commission would otherwise be required by section 8B(1) of the Child Poverty Act 2010(1) to publish its third annual report, is extended from 8th May 2015 to 18th December 2015.

Section 8B(1) requires the Commission to publish a report before each anniversary of the coming into force of section 8B. Section 8B came into force on 8th May 2012 by virtue of section 150(2)(j) of the 2012 Act.
