2. The Town and Country Planning (Section 62A Applications) (Procedure and Consequential Amendments) Order 2013(1) (“the 2013 Order”) is amended as follows.
S.I. 2013/2140; article 14(1) was amended by S.I. 2014/1532. There are other amendments not relevant to this Order.
