Extension of Part 1 of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988

2.  Part 1 of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988(1) (“the 1988 Act”) extends to the Cayman Islands subject to the exclusions specified in Part 1 of the Schedule and the modifications set out in Part 2 of the Schedule.

Part 1 of the 1988 Act been amended.
