This Scheme may be cited as the Brucellosis Incentive and Pig Industry Restructuring (Non-Capital Grant) Revocations (England) Scheme 2015comes into force on 1st July 2015.

The following Schemes are revoked—
a
the Brucellosis (Beef Incentives) Payments Scheme 1972(3 );
b
the Brucellosis (Beef Incentives) Payments (Amendment) Scheme 19754;
c
The Brucellosis Incentive Payments Scheme 19775; and
d
The Pig Industry Restructuring (Non-capital Grant) Scheme 20016.
