Citation, commencement and application

1.—(1) This Scheme may be cited as the Brucellosis Incentive and Pig Industry Restructuring (Non-Capital Grant) Revocations (England) Scheme 2015comes into force on 1st July 2015.

(2) This Scheme applies to England only.

Revocations

2.  The following Schemes are revoked—

(a)the Brucellosis (Beef Incentives) Payments Scheme 1972((1) );

(b)the Brucellosis (Beef Incentives) Payments (Amendment) Scheme 1975(2);

(c)The Brucellosis Incentive Payments Scheme 1977(3); and

(d)The Pig Industry Restructuring (Non-capital Grant) Scheme 2001(4).
