SCHEDULE Either-way offences specified for the purposes of section 17(3) of the Criminal Justice and Courts Act 2015

5.  An offence under section 15(1) of that Act(1), where the victim of the offence was under the age of 16 at the time of the offence.

Section 15(1) was repealed by sections 139 and 140 of, and paragraph 11(a) of Schedule 6 and Schedule 7 to, the Sexual Offences Act 2003.
